Beautiful Day

After Caboose had a well visit, and all of them had their flu shot, we went to the park. 

Princess showed off her monkey skills. 

Oldest had five minutes of fun before his mood shifted to no fun mode. 

Caboose made a friend and was so happy. Oldest corrected him, saying, "you made a new acquaintance, not friend!"

Caboose kept the doctors office laughing during his well visit. On his way to pee in a cup, the nurse asked, so I need to tell you directions on where to place your cup and all? Caboose replied, "yes, because I have a bad memory."

Afterwards, when I asked if he peed in the cup he said, "I just pretended I was outside near a tree! I peed in that cup no problem!" We laughed. Then, we waited on the Doctor. I could hear him talking to someone in his office, laughing, when I took Princess to the restroom. When he walked in, he said, "it's very rare I stop what I'm doing to call my wife to tell her something funny, but I did today!" We looked at him, wondering what is the funny thing he told his wife. Then, he said, "she is laughing all the way from Dogwood mall at Caboose saying he pretended he was outside standing by a tree so he could pee in a cup! That's why I love my job. Adults are not nearly as entertaining!"

She's almost too fat for the box. 

Party Safari

There is a new part place in town and we got our first party invite there. The time was from 6-8pm. We rarely go out that late, and partly it because my kids are not suitable for the public after dark. The place was packed, there were cars parked down the road, and inside was not much better. There were so many people I felt overstimulated and claustrophobic, but the kids loved it.

Disguise a turkey

Princess had to disguise a turkey again this year. They are writing about their turkeys and hunted them in the classroom this week. She wanted a black cat at first, but then opted for a cupcake.

Poor Fella

Oldest had another toe infection on the left toe this time. He had surgery and his toe hurts pretty bad he says.

These two built a fort on a windy Tuesday afternoon.

These two love to paint things. I found some wooden houses they painted Saturday. 

Party time

We finally had Caboose's birthday party. He said he had the best day ever, even if only two boys showed up. I probably should have kept it on a Saturday afternoon, but didn't send out invites until Wednesday. I thought an extra day would help,but I guess not. A neighbor girl showed up, and it was laid back. I think they all had fun.

Mr CopperCoin went with Princess on her field trip because I had to sub. I asked him to take pictures. He took one-

A new fall out in Vegas apocalypse game came out this week with collector soda bottles. Oldest is so proud of the two bottles he got.

We got to watch the dancers yesterday. Princess did wonderfully.

Princess asks me to help her pick out clothes to wear to school every morning, only for her to pick out something else entirely different. 

I should be ashamed

We started these elves this past rainy Saturday and I still haven't put the hands and feet on them. 

Furthermore, caboose turned 7 weeks ago and really wants a birthday party. I have yet to make it over to the park to set the date and time for this shindig. I should be ashamed. Poor third child of mine. 

Animal party

Princess was invited to a birthday party and they looked at all kinds of creatures. I gave her my phone to take pictures, and she took a lot. Here are some-

Armpit Farts

Caboose was so excited he learned how to make fart noises under his armpits at school yesterday. He did it over and over. Then, he said, "I ran out of gas." 

Morning routine

I find it sweet Maca rubs up against Oldest and lays at his feet when he waits for the bus every morning. I tried to grab a photo of it without her seeing me- this is the best I could do.
