Mermaid

I've had this mermaid in the bathroom for a while now. I glittered it, but the light didn't reflect off of it the way I wanted...

I noticed I had a couple of broken mercury glass ornaments and had an idea....

I glued broken bits to her tail. I think it looks much better.

Nanny and Papaw arrived today. These two are getting excited about Christmas. They "sorted" the presents for the tenth time ...

Christmas party at dance

Princess had a Christmas party at dance today. 

Projects and parties

Oldest waited until the last minute to do his social studies project. I helped him type and make his board. I hope he remembers this when I'm old and need someone to care for me. 

Caboose had Christmas rotations at school today. I helped in his room, which was decorating an ice cream cone to look like a Christmas tree. 

He even got to see Santa today. 

Caboose was also the first to spot Nafers trying to shave...

Nafers' picnic

Princess found Nafers this morning having a picnic with Elsa. Princess thought it was the coolest thing ever. She even noticed how Nafers bit into one of his cookies.

School Store

I helped out at the school today and Mr Coppercoin decided to help too. He surprised Princess and had lunch with her.  He made her day. 

Nafers is quite the jokester.

Oldest's first dance

Oldest went to his first dance last night. His date got sick but he went with some friends. 

He said he had a lot of fun and that the girls danced and the boys sat at the tables. 

Lighting of the park

Our local park had their annual Christmas lighting last night. The kids had a lot of fun, and even with all the lights it was too dark for good pictures. 

In other news 

Nafers was caught playing Minecraft on his Elf Box!
